                                                       Circuit Training Area

                   Our circuit area consists of 12 weight machines and 12 cardio stations. 
                  This is an express workout that can be done in 30-40 minutes incorporating
                  strength training and cardiovascular exercise.
                                                                        
Indoor Track

                             Members can enjoy walking or running on our indoor track which
                               features a view of the outside and the basketball court.
                                                           Eight laps equals one mile.

 

 



 

 

 

Members 14 years of age and older may use the Training Center.

FOR MEMBERS SAFETY NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 12 MAY USE THE TRAINING CENTER EQUIPMENT.

CHILDREN 11 YEARS OF AGE AND YOUNGER MUST BE SUPERVISED BY PARENTS AT ALL TIMES.

SAFETY IS A BIG CONCERN.
ANY INDIVIDUAL USING THE MACHINES INAPPROPRIATELY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE TRAINING CENTER.

Children 12 and 13 years of age must complete Trinity Sports Kinetics Program before using the Training Center

Our Youth Training Center is available for all individuals Grades 3 - 8.
