Turbo Tone
If you like Cardio Kick you will love this more advanced
version. 30 minute version of our buns & bellies class.
Come try this combination of 2 of our favorites
Step Interval-A
single step class for the beginner stepper. This class
will provide a cardio workout using the basic step
combinations. It will also incorporate muscle
conditioning.
Buns & Bellies
This class will focus on those hard to reach areas that
we’d all like to improve. Get ready for swimsuit
weather.
Cardio Step Interval-This
high-energy class uses cardio intervals and the step to
take your workout to new levels. Members get to choose
their level of intensity. .
Multi-Step-A
unique & exciting step workout using 2 or more steps for
each participant. Interesting choreography & high
intensity make this class challenging for intermediate
to advanced steppers.
Hatha-Yoga-This
Hatha-style yoga class will help improve your breathing,
increase flexibility, improve your strength and
endurance. It will also develop greater mind-body
awareness.
Gentle Yoga
A gentle class to begin your day that incorporates
HathaYoga. This class will perform asana poses, develop
breathing techniques and enjoy meditations.
Power Yoga
– This vigorous Hatha/Vinyasa class is designed
for the intermediate yoga practionare. Beginners
are always welcome through-be ready for a challenge.
Hatha
Yoga/Pilates - Yoga poses combined with Pilates
to strengthen core muscles and flexibility.
VInyasa
Yoga - This class will complete several Sun
Salutations with traditional asana poses
Cardio Kick-Get
ready to burn some serious calories in this
super-charged class. Instructors focus on upper and
lower body boxing. This class really moves!
Super Cycling-This
high intensity spinning class combines simulated hill
climbing with sprints. Bring a water bottle-you’ll need
it!
Pilates-The
heart of Pilates is development of abdominal strength,
spinal flexibility and precise alignment of the body.
Muscle Pump
Designed to give you a total body workout using bars and
weights. Increases strength and tones muscles you never
knew you had.
Muscle Pump\Strength
- If you like
Muscle Pump challenge yourself with this higher level
class.
Aerobic Conditioning-This
class combines step and floor exercise with some muscle
conditioning
Power Step
– This class is designed for the more advanced stepper.
Combinations are more complex but can be modified to
meet individual needs.
Athletic Step
This is a class for the hard core stepper. 60-75
minutes of intense cardio work with bursts of heart
pumping athletic intervals. Plan on sweating in this
class.
Pump & Tone
This class
uses barbells, weights, bands and body resistance to
give you a total body workout
Boot Camp
Stay
motivated, blast more calories, build more muscle, and
maintain a boot camp mentality all session long with our
instructors and gain a body you’ll love to show off.
SEASONAL CLASS WATCH FOR REGISTRATION
H-Lo Boot Camp
This class incorporates hi-lo combinations intermixed
with boot camp drills. Be prepared to sweat and work
hard at this 90 minute class
ZUMBA Ditch
the workout, join the party! This Latin-based cardio
dance class attracts members at all levels and ages. It
uses a combination of Latin dance moves with
higher-intensity aerobic movements to help burn hundreds
of calories. Come try this new unique fitness workout
experience!
Dance Yourself Fit-
This is a
dance fitness class that offers the excitement of moving
with the rhythm and attaining a total mind and body
deliverance through dance! It incorporates HipHop,
Latin, Jazz, Lyrical and other types of movement tht
will be broken down. Sooo Come let loose and get your
dance on!

Have fun & move to the music through a variety of
exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range
of movement, and activity for daily living skills.
Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a
ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for
seated and/or standing support
There is no
charge for classes if you are a YMCA member.
Non member fee
is $60.00per class per session.
Street shoes are
not allowed during classes.
