This class is designed for individuals that want
shorter
class with low impact. Range of motion and flexibility
are emphasized.
4:10-5:10pm
MW / 5:15-6:15pm M-F
8:10-9:10pm MW / 8:00-9:00am
Saturday All of these
classes provide a vigorous interval workout changing
from cardio exercise to strength training. All levels
are welcome to attend.

6:15-7:00am MWF
This 45 minute class is held primarily in the deep end
of the pool. With the long time of treading water you
will get a great lower body workout. However floatation
devices are provided for a little help.
8:00am-9:00am M-F
/ 9:00am-10:00am MTTh
These 2 classes are designed for a low to moderate
impact workout Each participant can chose their own
degree of difficulty. Focus on range of motion and
increased flexibility.
