FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE
The YMCA offers over 60 weekly group fitness classes for all ages, all levels and all interests. From spirit, mind and body classes such as Yoga and Mindfulness, to high-intensity cardio and strength training such as Bootcamp and ZUMBA®, we’ve got something for every body and every age. We hope you’ll find a class that’s fun, supportive, fits your schedule and keeps you moving. Classes are included in membership.
We also have LesMills which offers a wide variety of fitness programming on-demand. If no class is scheduled in the Group Exercise room, use the Les Mills iPad on the wall to choose a virtual class.
