SERVICE DESK SHIFT MANAGERS

Service Desk Shift Mangers are the face of the Y, handle day-to-day operations of the front desk, and provide customer service to members and guests. Shift Managers take on a leadership role in the absence of the Service Desk Lead, Department Coordinator, or Department Director. They also possess a strong understanding of all YMCA programs and services and support Service Desk Attendants.

AQUATICS DIRECTOR
FULL-TIME
Ready to lead and make waves? We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Aquatics Director to join our full-time leadership team! This position oversees the day-to-day operations of our aquatics department, including staff supervision, program development, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Applicants must be at least 21, with previous supervisory and aquatics experience preferred. Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications are required within 30 days of hire additional certifications like Lifeguard Instructor or Certified Pool Operator are a plus!

LIFEGUARD
PART-TIME
We are hiring lifeguards who will monitor pool activities and ensure member safety, among other duties. Lifeguards need to possess knowledge of rescue procedures and emergency medical procedures.

Many shifts are available including weekdays 4:45-9AM, 9AM-1PM, 1-4PM, 4-7PM, & 6-9PM. Weekends 6AM-10AM, 10AM-1:30PM, 1:30-5PM, & 4-8PM.
​
Bonuses available based on performance and certifications.
​
Applicants must be at least 15 to apply and be able to pass a swimming/skills test and a lifeguard certification course.

Lifeguard Certified applicants preferred, but we will train the right applicants.

SWIM LESSON LEAD

Love the water and leading others? Join our team as a Swim Lesson Lead!
This role combines instruction, coordination, and leadership of our swim lesson programs. You’ll provide direct support to instructors, help schedule and supervise lessons, and ensure a fun, safe learning environment for all participants.
Applicants must be 18+, confident in the water, and have experience as a swim instructor. Lifeguard certification is preferred, but if you're the right fit, we’ll help you get there!

We are looking for instructors who are energetic, positive role models, and have experience teaching swim lessons. Our program is designed for children 6 months – 16 years of age. Onsite training will be available at time of hire.

TRAINING CENTER ATTENDANTS

The Training Center is hiring Wellness Associates to join our YMCA team!

Hiring for these shifts:

Wellness Associates monitor the Training Center floor, enforce YMCA and Training Center policies to keep members and guests safe, ensure machines, equipment, and Training Center areas are kept clean, and provide assistance with cardio and weight equipment as needed.

GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTORS

Currently seeking morning strength and cycling Instructors, however, instructors are needed for all land and aquatics fitness classes, specifically those with backgrounds in strength, pilates, yoga, and aqua classes. Select classes may require additional training.

Our Maintenance team members perform janitorial duties in all areas of the facility. These positions are also required to operate basic equipment such as vacuum, wet vacuum, carpet shampooer, sweeper, and scrubber.

CLIMBING WALL ATTENDANT

All Climbing Wall Attendants assist and ensure the safety of climbers who attend the climbing wall.
​
