Thank you for your continued patience as we work diligently to renovate the Men's Family Locker Room into the In-Y Daycare. We appreciate you sticking with us during the renovation process and hope that we are able to get the program back up and running as quickly as possible for you!
The In-Y Daycare Child Watch program has moved to the north side of the Men’s Family Locker Room (locker area) which is currently being renovated to best suit the needs of the child watch program. The Men’s Family Locker Room continues to be closed for renovation.
The Male Youth Locker room is now the Men's Family Locker Room. There will no longer be a Male Youth Locker room. With this change, there have been changes to our age policies as outlined below:
Adult Locker Rooms
Age 18+ and out of High School
Family Locker Rooms
Ages 9+.
Ages 0-8 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Ages 6-8 must use appropriately gendered Family Locker Room or Universal Locker Room
Universal Locker Room:
Ages 9+
Ages 0-8 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
Youth Locker Room
Only Female Youth Locker Room available
Ages 9-13
Those with a kit locker rental in the former Men’s Family Locker Room will have the option to move their locker to the appropriate locker room by visiting the Service Desk. All locker items within the Men’s Family that remained in the locker room at the time of closure were removed and stored at the Service Desk.
The south side of the Men’s Family Locker Room (showers, bathrooms, and dry sauna) remains temporarily closed and will reopen for use as the Extended Men's Family Locker Room on Wednesday, December 21, 2022. Access to the Extended Men's Family Locker Room will only be through the pool deck. This space will not be available for use when the pool area is closed so members and guests are asked to plan their workouts accordingly.
There continues to be a short-term interruption in service of the In-Y Daycare child watch program which began on Saturday, December 17. As we finalize renovations, we are hopeful for a reopening date in early January 2023. A solidified reopening date will be given as renovations begin to wrap up.
As we moved through the process of finalizing the continuation of the In-Y Daycare, the challenges of offering the In-Y child watch service became even more evident. A couple of these challenges include staffing challenges and operational expenses. To continue this program efficiently, current In-Y Daycare users should expect an increase in child watch fees at the time of reopening as outlined below.
The current rates have remained the same for over 20 years and the new rates will not entirely cover all the expenses needed to run this program but will assist in the longevity of the program being available for families to utilize for years to come. It is important to note that income-based membership options will continue to be available to those who may need financial assistance to continue utilizing our services.
2023 IN-Y DAYCARE RATES
All fees listed below are for a maximum of 2 hours per child per day.
Daily Fees 1st Child: $10 Additional Children: $3 each | Punch Card $30/card ($3 punches – 2 punches for 1st child and 1 punch for each additional child) | Monthly Fees 1st Child: $60 Additional Children: $10 each |
