MEMBERSHIP UPDATES
Â
Membership Reimbursements: We are working with our CRM to process credits for the days we were closed. These will NOT appear on your August 1 draft. Now that we have a reopening date, we can begin finalizing those details and will update members as soon as we’re able.
Â
Monthly Add-On Reimbursements:
Child Watch remains closed until further notice. We will not draft Child Watch fees on August 1. Credits for the closure period will be processed once we have more information from our CRM.
CrossFit will reopen Tuesday, July 29. Membership credits for the closure are in progress. More details soon.
Any unused recurring Personal Training sessions will be rescheduled and honored through the end of the year (or until membership cancellation).
Â
Cancellations: Those who have begun the cancellation process are able to reverse the request by calling the Y. All finalized cancellations are able to rejoin the facility within 30 days of their cancellation to avoid paying the enrollment fee again.
Â
Locker Items:Â Rest assured that the preliminary assessment indicates no locker items were affected by the flooding. We did need to empty the lockers for safety purposes and all the items were labeled and bagged. If you would like to retrieve your items, you may call the YMCA to schedule a pickup time.
