NO SCHOOL COVID-19 UPDATE

As COVID cases rise, we are even more diligent about slowing the spread than ever before. We want to ensure each population can utilize the YMCA safely. Thank you for continuing to do your part to help reduce the spread by disinfecting any equipment both before and after use.

SCHOOL OUT DAY POLICIES

On days that there is no school for the Minot Public School District, youth ages 0-8 will only be allowed in the In-Y Daycare during operating hours and youth ages 9-17 will not be permitted in the facility until 2:30PM. Our goal is to help protect our high-risk population such as cancer rehab participants or Delay the Disease class participants that utilize the facility in the morning and early afternoon by limiting the number of patrons in the building to 25% capacity.

• The following days will have this time restriction in effect (days are subject to change):

• October 22-23, 2020

• November 11, 2020

• Additional dates may be added as we reevaluate the increase or decrease in cases.

• Capacities in spaces such as the gym and pool will continue to be reinforced. Both members and non-members may be asked to utilize a different area until adequate space opens up in an area that has reached full capacity. Capacity signs are located at the entrance of each space.

As always, we want to thank you for your patience and support as we navigate through these uncharted waters. We are extremely grateful for each one of you and can’t wait to see you back in our facility once again! Please continue to stay up to date by following us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, downloading our Daxko App, visiting our website, and our newest form of communication, opting in to text messages.
